Pretty wild how people are replying to you suggesting a company should (or even could) just break court orders for their customers. That’s just not how the world works.

Just remember that most people just wanna be entertained and talk about themselves.

I think this is a pretty negative perspective. Reframe it in your mind a little.

People aren’t looking for you to entertain them like a dancing monkey. We just enjoy new experiences, learning new things, and having novel interactions with others.

Most people also generally don’t want to just talk about themselves, but we do like when people have a genuine interest in us.

Unix time is just a weird way of storing UTC time, since it’s a duration relative to a UTC time.

I’d still like to see the user base more diverse, but I’d be happy to stay if it’s just linux geeks.

Does the US have a problem paying its bills? It didn’t always, but in recent decades, yes

I don’t think there’s been a default yet. That would be a huge deal.
