Money, like everything, needs to be studied. Like we don’t know what government spending is inflationary and what isn’t, and that’d be a great thing for central banks to know so they can advise government what their policy will cost
Right now everyone pretends it’s the same to spend the money fixing a dangerous road or by reducing taxes to help some giant company
Though Keynesians are more likely to distribute stimulus money to the people, which is nice.
Ask yourself why you just can’t pay your taxes in British pounds (or yen if you’re british).
It’s a rabbit hole and’ll take awhile, but you’ll emerge a better person.
