In Melbourne, Australia, it flowers for about 5-6 weeks but now looks like pic above, what am I doing wrong? Auto watering twice a week, half sun through a pergola.

You’re not doing anything wrong. Jasmine doesn’t flower all year round, depends on the variety but usually it’s only in spring. Mine looks fairly similar to this, also in Melbourne.
