I’ve slowly been introducing my wife to Sci-fi. We watched the first episode of TNG the night before he passed. We’re finding it a little hard to start the next episode now
Well, to be fair it’s “The Naked Now” which is silly as shit. Should help soften the blow. Still boggles that they’d have an episode where they act out of character when we still don’t know what their characters are.
I do remember the first season having some weirdness and taking a bit to find it’s way
Much of s1 and part of 2 are leftover stories or reworkings from TOS. Took them a bit to find their own voice, but they grew the beard.
