My house was built at the tail end of glass block popularity. Mine doesn’t have them, but many houses in the neighborhood do.
I sort of like them, but I think they need to be used boldly, and only in big buildings, as an entire wall, like a dividing wall between a kitchen and dining room, something like that.
I used to hate them growing up. The library has a lot of them, but over the years I’ve come to like them a lot.
