It’s heavily criticized and campaigned against. I mean no one will call the police if they see you dancing or throwing a private party at home (I think, though I don’t know about rural areas). It’s more for businesses and public screenings. It is absolutely outdated. My guess is that the federal lands will eventually abandon them, they just don’t get around to do it.
