Don’t need to pretend, overused joke. Call me nuts, but the Cybertruck looks pretty cool to me. My only critique about it is the road safety.

Reddit is not going to commit crimes to save your ass. What did you expect?

2·9 hours agoWell, you’re literally making a call to violence. Can you blame them for removing and banning illegal content? If the government wanted to they could literally prosecute you or Reddit (if they wouldn’t remove it) for it. And no this is not some dictatorial stuff, calls to violence being prohibited are necessary in a democratic country.
Reddit is not going to break any laws to save your ass.

1·13 hours agoI don’t really know what you are talking about… it looks quite good when you look closely at it in full res. In small format the shape just reminded me of a d*ldo and I thought that was funny.

1·13 hours agoI think I have to stop you there… in the community sidebar the original artist is credited and the original art is linked: https://openclipart.org/detail/322683/joystick-game-controller-silhouette
It seems to be published in 2020. If I’m correct, this is before AI art really became a big thing.
If I’m correct, you can literally federate your Lemmy instance with Threads. I don’t know, I saw something like that. Really strange.
Calling to violence ≠ threatening
Making a call to violence is saying anything in public that creates an atmosphere where violence is deemed acceptable. That’s the law and that’s illegal. It is much less severe than a direct or indirect threat, but still punishable.
