You could ask at a local copy/print shop, they might offer a photo scanning service. If you just have the occasional batch, or one off job. it might be cheaper just to pay them.

I’d pick Czech overall, for no real reason - they just remind me a bit of one Czech person i know who has spent a long time here. Not strong evidence.
Otherwise I might have gone for Poland or Baltics somewhere, Swedish/Finnish/Estonian did cross my mind as possible.
I just don’t know enough people from enough countries - especially smaller ones to have confidence. I think you’d have to be quite familiar with the native language to really be sure.

No way are they English.
The first two may have spent several years in south east England or spent a long time there - but they’re not native speakers. I wonder at what age they stopped being “raised” though as I’d think at least a few formative years spent there to pick up that much of an accent.
Probably not - but at least it might get some useful stuff done.
Bank regulation and directed credit is what you really need.
Even if someone tried pump priming, govt doesn’t actually have control of currency anymore, so any such efforts would be “crowded out” by rampant unrestrained bank (+ interlinked FI) credit creation.
The banks deserve to be in the situation they were in in the '30s, but they aren’t due to a generation or two that has let them do what they want and bailing them out after they fail us multiple times. If anything their power has increased. Moronic governments pushing pro-cyclical policies and pumping bubbles is fucking insanity. Well probably just corruption - but democracy seems very weak at controlling it these days.
