Sam Jackson’s character in the move ‘Long Kiss Goodnight’:

The last time I got a blowjob, candy bars cost a nickle.

A historic fact about the election:

The last time a Democrat held the seat Amy Andrews just won, the Democrat was Strom Thurmond.

Bipedal locomotion has some pretty big drawbacks. Like falling over. You’d be surprised how many people die that way.

Best not build trillion dollar robots that can trip and fall. You become vulnerable to obstacles, Mines, tripwires, and Ewoks.

I upvoted this to 70, sorry.

Ivy league frat house.

They should study this. It should be pretty cheap since you only need to study one person from each era to draw conclusions about whole generations. This is how science and reason work. 🙃

I think the fact that Zodiac wanted to communicate with authorities and the media tells you much more about the kind of person he was than the ciphers could.

A big problem with ciphers is that the more complex they are, the more likely the message will get scrambled in the encoding. An incompetent cipher is more secure than the best encryption methods; nobody can read it.

I wonder how many times Gwen has had to explain to a young fan what an answering machine is.

I don’t understand people who don’t love his channel. How can you not be fascinated by how we turn burning coal or nuclear fission into cold air?

Call me old fashioned, but violence in the bedroom should be simulated, not actual. Can a girl consent to being punched? How about stabbed (with a knife) or shot (with a gun)?

Sexual liberation is about enjoying your body, not permission to become a goddamn Cenobite. Some kinks should be shamed.

investigated and held accountable. Suspended for one semester, couldn’t have been that serious.

This must be the first time you’ve heard about a university investigation of sexual violence. Bless your heart.

Yesterday I finished the book “Babylon South Dakota”. Geller and Angela Collier had done a “book chat” about it, but I skipped the video until I had read it.

So I’m looking for this video yesterday and it’s not on Collier’s book channel. Weird, so I check her science channel. No good either. So I check Geller’s channel. (this is on Nebula, not YT) And Geller is gone, no videos by him at all. I thought, did Jacob Geller get canceled?

This is how I found out that Geller had been canceled.
