I’ve heard this before too, but no way, need a good rinse, and don’t get toothpaste residue on the towel or anywhere, rinse well, mouth, hands and brush. The dentist has given my teeth great reviews for decades now from brush 2x a day, floss as needed and rinse the tp well. I get fluoride in the water too so it hasn’t been an issue for my teeth at least.

It takes long enough after brushing and rinsing well to not have the odd tastes from eating as it is, but maybe not an issue for others and that would be nice.

You have advanced beyond the little confining hole she is in and have critical thinking and real freedom and you climbed Perry’s scheme to real convictions. It’s harder to do this so she takes the easy way to just obey, conform and not have real integrity or actualize. She’s likely controlled by ego and the pain body that Tolle talks about. It’s sad so many stuck like that and never realize the truth that does really set us free and it’s not the faulty foundations of authoritarian groups.
