I remember the good moments by recalling what I was eating at the time. Food-focused existence: that’s me.

I vaguely remember, aged around six, asking for a “Penny for the Guy” after making one and sticking him outside our front door. Our garden was too small for a bonfire so we didn’t burn him, but Dad set off a box of fireworks. I burned my hand picking up a dead sparkler; taught me a valuable lesson!
