I’m having flashbacks to that “did you just assume my gender” meme

I have a name that can be for boys or girls. For some reason, most people assume it’s a girl’s name and act accordingly.

When I was a kid, my parents signed me up for basketball. Someone thought it was a mistake for a person with my name to be on the boys team and moved me to the girls team, without telling me or my parents. I will never forget the embarrassment when I showed up to the first practice. I quit on the spot and didn’t play basketball after that.

I like specifying the pronouns.

I never said I didn’t like them… Just prefer them

I’m failing to find a good meme to help my argument, and therefore my argument is failing 😥

I feel a little bad that they missed the soapy tiddies memes… Much better than the moths or corn imho

That’s what I do - try the across clues, then the down clues, then jump around to fill in anything I’ve missed

Sometimes I even try solving with just the across clues or just the down clues for an extra challenge (usually Monday or Tuesday puzzles)
