I’m right there with you. I am pleasantly shocked and surprised at how many more votes for Democrats we had this time, though! It was far closer than I expected it to be in a lot of races here. I keep my expectations very low for this unfortunate state and it’s population, lol.

Yes! That’s exactly what I thought of when I saw this, too. It was drawn on a yellow sticky note. I hate that the Internet has changed in such a way that I even have to consider this, but it makes me wonder if someone saw that original drawing from years ago and then AI generated these images in hopes that they go viral like the original did. Although, I wouldn’t be surprised if they were real photos, either. I’m sure there are plenty of people out there showing art to babies.

I’d say that all the time you spent working to perfect the placement of the tripod paid off! This is a great shot; the framing, the alignment, the coloring, and everything is just very satisfying! I don’t know enough about photography to know all the terms to explain how or why, but it’s like it scratches an itch in my brain that I didn’t realize was there – as weird as that may sound, lol 😅 I just really like it! Well done and thank you for sharing! :)

Gosh, I wish I had this! Or at least a yard of some sort. Or at least a home of any kind…

Yep! Same here! My girl used to never let anyone touch her there. Now she asks me for tummy rubs regularly! It’s so very sweet. It only took her about 13 years to warm up to it, haha! I’m just glad she knows she’s safe enough to do so. <3

I’m so tired of seeing a cute animal meme and then learning it’s generative AI slop. :(
I so very loathe what it’s done to the Internet (and people and the world in general.) Ugh.

She so iiiisssss!! Sooo stinkin’ cute!

Aww! What a beautiful little toasted bun of a comfy kitty cat! <3
